James McMahon has over 25 years experience working in the Property sector. James began his career at Corry McMahon Auctioneers, during this time he was employed as director of Residential Lettings and was also actively involved in sales between 1990-2007.
He then moved to Hassett Estate Agent and was manager of the Letting Department for 2 years. Following great encouragement from long standing clients James set up on his own as James McMahon Residential Lettings with the assistance of Kieran O’Connor in 2009.
James's expertise extends to residential sales, residential lettings and valuations.
James went to school in Blackrock College and played rugby till the age of 11 and then decided to concentrate on other field sports. After leaving school James worked as Stud Manager working with horses and the general running at Ballyquirke Stud in Co. Kilkenny. After two years James chose to follow his brother and Uncle Des Ringrose into Auctioneering learning from the ground up.
