McMahon O’Connor Residential is very active in the residential sales and letting market here in Dublin.

James has worked as an estate agent for over 25 years  having been employed as the Residential Letting Manager in 3 previous estate agencies and is acknowledged as one of the more experienced letting agents in Dublin today. He is respected among his peers as an agent who has vast experience, gets the deal done while caring for both the landlords and tenants needs. Over the years James has been involved in all areas of the residential market ranging from the very large corporate properties to your more every day type property.

James and Kieran joined together and established McMahon O’Connor Residential in 2009.Kieran personally managed his own portfolio over the years having worked closely with James during this period and is known for putting this practical experience to good use.

 James McMahon worked in association with his brother Corry McMahon Auctioneers in Leeson Street for many years. Over the years they were involved in many substantial property sales and were known as the go to agents for rentals.

McMahon O’Connor Residential have completed many substantial sales since it’s inception in all areas of Dublin. We are currently expanding our sales department and are planning to increase our profile and services in this area. We feel there is a requirement for a more personalized and hands on sales approach working closely with vendors.
